Vista Roses Mar- Cap Ponent A1 Cap Ponent is a very exclusive house with views over the Bay of Roses.
It is of new construction finished in 2018. The house has 3 floors: the first is the garage; the second: the kitchen-dining room, living room, toilet and the main terrace with an infinity pool open till 4th of November; and the third: Three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. There are 3 rooms: 2 double rooms, one of them is a Suite and the third with two single beds. All exteriors with terrace and magnificent views from the bed.
The house has wifi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, hair dryer and kitchenware.
There is a private pool and internal parking.
The area where the house is located is quiet ,1 km from the port of Roses and 1.1 km from the center. To go to the town center, there are stairs that take you directly to the main road next to the port, so your walking path will be much shorter.
* Bed linen and shower towels are included but we do not do changes during the stay.
** Check-in after 9pm, has an additional cost of 25€.
* There is a tourist tax supplement (1€ per person per night) that is charged upon arrival.
