The house is in a quiet area, just 3 minutes by car from the centre of Roses, a 10-minute walk via the coastal pathto Canyelles Petites beach, and it’s also possible to walk to the town centre.

To access the coastal path, there are stairs in front of the building leading directly to the pedestrian path to the beach (750 metres away).
